Sólo de imaginar la combinación de sabores: sandía, limón y menta… ya podemos hacernos idea de algo fresco y muy rico.
Y en esta ocasión, también quisimos jugar con la presentación, utilizando la sadía como jarra, que a la vez creemos que podría ser mucho más térmica que una jarra común.
¿Y el ron?
Pues si, no le vendría nada mal si pensamos en otro público. Y bien podría ser también vodka o quizá mejor aún un buen tequila blanco 100% agave.
Ingredientes:
- 1 sandía
- 4 limones
- Un manojo de menta fresca
- 1/4 taza de néctar de agave arihuá
- Hielo
Preparación:
Si queremos utilzar la sandía como recipiente, cortamos como si estuviéramos quitando una tapa. Y con cuidado, iremos separando con un cuchillo la sandía de su piel.
Una vez que vamos sacando los trozos de sandía, intentamos limpiarla de todas las semillas y vamos colocando los trozos limpios en el vaso de la licuadora.
Añaidomos el zumo de los cuatro limónes, el manojo de menta, el agave arihuá, y licuamos hasta que quede bien líquido, sin tropezones.
Probamos para ver el nivel de dulzor y corregimos bien con un poco de agua natural, o bien con más agave arihuá.
Vaciamos todo en la sandía, añadimos hielo y unas rodajas de limón y hojas de menta para adornar… y listo.
Y a disfrutar en compañía.
