Paletas (polos) de frutas y arihuá

Qué mejor forma de disfrutar este verano que con paletas heladas de fruta.

Las ‘paletas’ son muy populares en México. Son frescas, son deliciosas y sus sabores son tan variados como las frutas que decidas utilizar, y cuántas combinaciones se te ocurran.

Si bien preferimos las frutas de temporada, también podemos utilizar frutas congeladas, como moras o fresas.

También está la variante de elaborarlas con agua, o con leche o bien con yogur; como hicimos en este caso.

Paleta de yogur con naranja y plátano.

Ingredientes para 6 moldes de ‘paletas’:

  • 2 naranjas
  • 1 plátano
  • 1 yogur natural
  • néctar de agave arihuá

Preparación:

  • Exprimir las naranjas
  • Batir junto con el plátano y el yogur, hasta conseguir una textura cremosa.
  • Agregar arihuá de acuerdo al nivel de dulzor que deseenn, y batir de nuevo.
  • Vertir en los moldes y congelar por al menos 4 horas.
